This dealership has went above and beyond to accommodate us in gaining our new Passport. We drive 2and 1/2 hours to find the car of our dreams and it was worth it. We went into the deal knowing exactly what our deal was no hidden or padded on extras. They went over what we could add if we wished and no push back on anything we didn’t want to add. I highly recommend them.
Jarod was helpful on his knowledge of the vehicle. Timmy and Braxton were expedient on the financing process. Darius extremely helpful in negotiating what we felt was a good deal. As a follow up, Darius was very helpful in explaining to my wife the functions of the vehicle (which there are a lot). Overall process is definitely worth recommending which we have already done. My last experience with Honda Morristown was over five years ago. It went exceedingly well. My 2019 Civic is still in great shape but I decided to move to the new Civic Hybrid. I am really pleased with the advisor, Austin. He was able to address the issue with my vehicle, although it took a few trips to get it resolved. My only suggestion is to at least provide a complimentary car wash when the vehicle is left with them for over two days. I would recommend the dealership to my friends and family for future vehicle purchases.
I have had the best experience when dealing with Honda in Morristown! Even though it might be just a little bit further for me to go, to me it’s well worth the drive.
