Walked in to get repairs and Claire got me all sorted out keeping me fullt updated. Realizing what my trade in was worth with Nick made a decision that took all day to purchase a new ride from Alex. Everyone here was so pleasant, professional and respectful. Even Scean in finance was upfront honest and caring. Great staff here from service working with Jesse agfter needing some quick issues handled on the maintenanceend , to sales staff. Alex Ho was awesome! He answered all my questions through texts and calls. He was convinced I would love a Pearl White car … and he was right! I fell in love with the white Civic with grey leather! Alex made the purchase simple and straight forward! He honored the Memorial Day incentive AFTER the holiday so that was really nice! This is my third Honda purchase and I won’t drive anything else! They didn’t put oil cap back on. Oil overflow, all over engine and concrete. Had to call Honda roadside assistance and have it towed in. When we got there, I walked to service office to ask for manager on next steps. While I was speaking with the advisor I stopped, one of the guys standing at his desk said something like “yeah, 20 miles, we know”. The manager was much more professional and apologetic. The car was serviced and washed in about an hour. Not off to a good start with my new Honda or the service department.
Robert was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. He got my car diagnosed and scheduled for service quickly. When I arrived for my service, my car was taken back immediately and the service took the quoted amount of time to complete. The waiting area was nice with a large seating area and a multitude of drinks to choose from as well as a cafe with food and drinks to purchase. I’m overall very pleased with the service I received and I will be returning for any future services!
