Jesse was great. I wanted to replace the AC filter since I usually do every so often and he told me it wasn’t needed rather than try and force selling something I didn’t need, he was honest about it. I’ll schedule with him going forward!

Going back to HOB! Your young lady that greeted me for my 0700 oil change appointment was not the shining example of customer service. Why should I catch attitude when simply asking about service coupons? Hope she has a better day! First and last attempt to get my wife's Pilot serviced at HOFW!
I started going to Honda of Fort Worth Service since the other one is about 4 miles away. This is the second time, and everything was good until I was ready to pay. I was told that I would get a 3% extra charge if I paid with a credit card. Next time, I will drive the 4 miles to the other Honda Services from now on.
I was really disappointed to learn about the 3% fee added for using a credit card, Most reputable businesses either absorb the fee or clearly disclose it ahead of time. Even gas stations don’t charge more than a small flat fee, if anything at all. For a dealership like you guys thats doesn’t make any sense. $7 extra for $200 payment. I will go to Norm Reeves no charge!
