Went in for my first oil change yesterday and the service was GREAT from start to finish. They quoted about an hour but got it done in half the time! The waiting area with free drinks and comfortable seating was an added plus. Car is running smoothly, enjoyed going over the detailed check list, needless to say… I will definitely be going back!
I bought my 2013 Honda new from this dealership and they have helped me keep my car in great running condition ever since. The service advisors have always been helpful and respectful. Edward Staley has assisted me the last few times and has been great to work with. I also want to add that I appreciate the spacious and comfortable waiting area.
Great experience Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable. Buying process took some time he said it normally takes 3hrs but we were done in 2.5hrs.
Oil change took over 2 hours. Maybe they were just busy, but after it was finally done and I was given the receipt and paperwork, I sat outside for another 20 minutes before someone came out and asked if I was still waiting on my car before they brought it to me. Giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because it took so long, but everyone I interact with at the dealership is a pleasure. They are very kind and helpful.
I have been going to this Honda dealership for service for years. They have always been honest and straightforward with me about what my car really needs and what maintenance could be postponed. They explain my car issues and are happy to spend time answering all of my questions. Trent is truly one of the best service agents! He never makes me feel rushed and when I have concerns he listens and follows up with me.
