Just for fun, my air conditioner decided to go on the fritz late May. I had several companies come out and visit me for bids. After lots of research and questioning I went with the Lennox brand out of Costco, Honeys 🍯🐝Air and Solar! The process went smoothly and all the paperwork was done in one afternoon at my home 🏡. Such great professional & courteous service across-the-board. From sales rep to technicians and installers. I was important to me to support a local company and what a bonus that Honey's is also a family run business. I received a great quote and a payment plan that worked for me. Joshua came to inspect our AC and found a capacitor that was close to failing. As a result of that early find, we were able to source a replacement capacitor at Ace hardware and install ourselves. That saved us a lot of hassle, inconvenience and money. Great peace of mind.

Service technician was on time, very professional, courteous, serviced and explained the maintenance procedures. He was meticulous with keeping our home clean and neat as he did his work. He even cleaned previous techs handprints from attic ceiling crawlspace. I would highly recommend this technician for service.
