What a rip off! We were quoted a 3 month fee and specifically asked about renewal and told it would not renew if we specifically requested a hard stop. Several months later we have been billed several times for services we did not know we had access to, they won't refund the charges, and now won't admit their employees don't know their policies. They also don't send email notifications of charges to your credit card so the charges just keep racking up. Pass on this gym for your kids and go elsewhere.
