Hoover Dam is an absolutely incredible place and definitely worth visiting. The size of this engineering masterpiece is breathtaking, and the views of Lake Mead and the Colorado River are spectacular. It’s a perfect stop when traveling between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. The area is well organized with convenient parking and great viewpoints. I highly recommend it to anyone—it’s an unforgettable piece of history and engineering.

Hoover Dam is one of those bucket-list destinations that everyone should experience at least once. It's an incredible engineering achievement, and it's hard not to be impressed by what the workers accomplished decades ago. Getting through the entrance can take a little time since vehicles are screened before entering, and firearms are not permitted on the property. Took a day trip from Vegas. Great tour & tour guides. There was one tour guide that didn't take our group, but was asking everyone where they were from & he knew lots about each location. That was fun to listen to him before the tour. $40 for the dam tour seems a little steep, but it was a cool experience.
This is a must see! The tour is awesome and the dam itself is breathtaking. Parking is easy and there is a small museum in the visitors center. Yes, the full tour is a little pricy but it was well worth it. There is so much to see and the architecture is incredible.
