I am overly satisfied with my experience with Ryan and Shelby! They helped me get my custody agreement modified. Communication between them both was quick and they answered all of my questions and provided me with detailed information. I was very confident that they both had mine and my child's best interest at heart. When the time came for our hearing Ryan made me feel very comfortable and safe.

I’m disappointed by the firm’s claim of being “open 24/7.” In my experience, that simply hasn’t been true. After 5pm, every call I’ve made has gone straight to voicemail, followed by the same three messages on loop.. Clear, accurate communication should be the bare minimum. If the office isn’t actually staffed after hours, the listing should reflect that. It would be far more helpful (and far more honest) for clients to know the real availability instead of relying on a 24/7 label that doesn’t match the service provided.... read more
