Sandra at Hopedale Dental did amazing work today. Truly outstanding care. Every single time my family comes here, we leave happy, comfortable, and completely satisfied. The team is professional, kind, and attentive, and they consistently make the experience a positive one. Highly recommend.
Used up my entire 4 scaling units in 1 session unlike 4 as agreed beforehand with receptionist AND explained to hygenist, then they not only deny that agreement (labeling it as a "misunderstanding") but also claim it is "unethical" to divide it into 4 sessions (as agreed), and that the hygienist saw that is required (even though I already did full scaling only 3 to 4 months ago). Absolutely amazing experience at Hopedale Dental Care! The team here is incredible, so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring they made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. It’s not often you say this about a dental visit lol but I actually enjoyed being there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate, top-quality dental care! :)
I get a lil anxiety going to the Dentist and Dr, Salman was very professional along with some humor. The work done on my teeth was amazing
I went there for my wisdom tooth extraction, I have to wait for 30 minutes, despite my appointment. Dr. Shreya Bharkhada was quite intimidating. She was not ready to explain twice as it's a waste of time and pressurizing me for the other tooth extraction without explaining me and my husband in detail. On the whole she cannot handle the work pressure as it was a busy day for her.
