I am moving and I have been trying for 2 weeks to get them out to pick up the propane tank and the person I needed to talk to has not been there. The person I have talked to said she will have her call me. Still have not gotten a returned phone call or the tank has not been picked up. Customer Service has been very very BAD!! I don’t know if she is not getting the messages or if they just do t care to call people back provide customer service. I guess they get all the summer months off work!!!

The worst customer service. They will call you a liar. One of their drivers name Tiffany will claim that you have a leak without even doing a leak check. She will even sign initials from a previous fill if you aren't home or if you aren't available to sign. She signed one of my daughters initials that my daughter had signed from a previous fill. And then proceeded to call me a liar when I told her my daughter didn't initial that paper. I know she didn't because that daughter had moved out before that fill date. But, yet, im ... read more

Called Feb 8 and set appt for next couple of days. Called the 18th for update and was told they are not taking new customers, now that I've waited 10 days and we are now in a snow storm. Other companies not accepting due to storm. Never get my business in future. Includes rv ranch, and sapulpa farmers feed.

Great customer service. Always quick to take care of my needs even during their busiest time of year. If your looking for a propane supplier, you can't go wrong with Hopkins Propane.

Service has always been fast and friendly. Even when it has become an emergency on my part, they have been there to help me.
