We called them after another company kept us waiting for a week, through a snow storm. Hopkins got out to us on a rural property and provided same day service! Their customer service person, Haley, was exceptionally polite and helpful, even though they were busy with previously scheduled customers and deliveries. Additionally, their service person, Kelten, who came to fill the 500 gallon tank, in 20° weather no less, was friendly and positive. Just want to give a shout out to this wonderful company! Always there when you need them! I called this morning at 9 to order propane all the way in braggs, they was delivering by 10 30. And, hailee is always very polite and professional and a big help! Thank you guys for all that you do for us!♥️

I called Hopkins in Stigler today inquiring about relocating my propane tank. Never did I think that they would be able to provide same day service today! After going over what I needed done and where I need it relocated he said how about doing it today? Not only did they get there in a timely manner, but the professionalism and pride they took in their work has me a valued customer for life. Shout out to Justin and the main man on the crane on a job well done. Thanks guys!
