Rex was a excellent care giver. All things I was ask to do were given with the utmost care and caution to not put extra strain on my back. I would recommend Rex for any care that is needed for someone. Thank you, Rex

Absolutely wonderful and amazing people work here. They have an excellent team of staff. Without their knowledge, hardwork, compassion and care, I could not have had care at home. I truly appreciate each and every one of them. I will forever be thankful for each and every one of them. They deserve well more than a 5 star rating.

My husband, a disabled Navy Seal, suffered from being partially paraplegic and brain cancer. We were blessed to have an incredible, caring nurse, Denice, care for him. We have had only the best possible care from Horizon. From their nurses, physical therapist, and after care have all exceeded any expectations we could have had. My heartfelt gratitude goes to them and may God bless them all.

Was referred to them from another home health, was told they'd call in 1 hour..5 hours later nothing called the other home health back and finally got a call. The nurse showed up had no supplies, asked for our supplies... Whatever she did split open my husbands wound and he ended up in hospital again. Called told Tasha this, she said I'll let them know... Next day nurse is there and Tasha had told no one that my husband wasn't home and back in hospital. There is no communication, no bed side manor, seemed this is a job for ... read more
