Absolutely wonderful and amazing people work here. They have an excellent team of staff. Without their knowledge, hardwork, compassion and care, I could not have had care at home. I truly appreciate each and every one of them. I will forever be thankful for each and every one of them. They deserve well more than a 5 star rating.
Everyone at Horizon communicates well with each other & are pleasant to work with! I especially enjoyed PT w/Jimmy, Ryan & Angi. Good senses of humor during difficult times for me! I specifically asked for them again for my knee revision. Highly recommend!!
Everyone involved in my care we're very helpful and very professional. My only complaint is communication! I know that you're very busy, but it only takes two minutes to respond to a text.
