I would give zero stars if I could. We lived at Horizon West through several management changes, ending with Greyshore Management in January 2026. The decline in service and professionalism has been absolute. After Greyshore took over, we were incorrectly charged for late December rent, despite having paid it. Management claimed they had no records from the previous company, yet they were somehow able to bill us for late fees.
