Stayed on the 8th floor and could barely get warm water in the shower.
The beds are very uncomfortable, room had no ac and is sweltering hot,food was not that good, very expensive for what you get.
Super fun but being super bowl Sunday and all dancing with the stars might as well have been on. No game sound at the bar because the “bartender”who had on a Broncos jersey couldnt “figure out” how to turn it on. Aggressive African and American “security guard” in an arm sling was so offensive we left the bar. Overall it was fun because we had no choice but to make it fun but seriously pull it together and at least pretend to care. Or maybe just turn your establishment into a retirement home. Great stay We had a nice stay. The room was great. The shower was beautiful. The staff were all polite and helpful.
