Not enough food choices....Breakfast would be great at 7-8 am. only one choice it was good but not my breakfast choice.

The rooms really nice but the ac didnt work had to open the window in the middle of the night

AC is only available in the warner seasons with our HVAC system, likewise the heat is only available in the colder seasons. We do apologize for this, we hope to see you again at the Isle/Lady Luck
Loved the rooms and access to the casino. Rooms were cleaned and the staff were on top of every health and hotel concerns

Clean and friendly service. Walls are thin, next door I heard peoplw talking until 1am. I could have complained, but didn't. I am frustrated about the way they charge. Currently I have 2 rates pending in my account. Could be a bank issue, but $400 in charges pendung is ridiculous for one night, so watcg your account carefully!

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The only thing we didn’t like is how inattentive the restaurant staff was at the cafe. Both times we visited was awful service. Our food came out about 45min-1hr after we ordered. Server never came back to ask if we needed refills or if everything was ok. They forgot my boyfriends food. Finally brought it out when everyone was finished. Had to track them down to pay so we could get out of there.
