This is a great place to stay for a getaway even live in an hour out of the city from this hotel. The food is excellent, the staff tends to your needs making it a great retreat.

Watch out for the extra fees First room offered was terrible with bathroom damage. Next upgraded room was fine but had door lock security issues. Charged an early check in fee that was not disclosed - I checked in 40 min early and was not informed of the fee. The resort fee, although disclosed, was odious. Basically a lot of nickel and diming fees.

The safe didn't work. Broken cabinet door. No free refrigerator to but personal stuff in. $50 room deposit??? Why? though. Maids yelling in hallway at 9:00 a.m. Okay visit.

The newly (to us) remodeled rooms were amazing! The staff there were very helpful and courteous! We will absolutely be back!
