We were traveling as a group 4 rooms. My mom (who is elderly)was two rooms from the elevator. The elevator obviously has motor issues-because it sounds loud. She got three hours of sleep the first of three nights. When she went the next morning to ask to be moved. She was told to come back later in the day to see if it was possible. The Assistant Manager was not professional at all with her. We went back later and was told no to moving. She was not offered a discount or any compensation. My daughter and I came for the night and had a wonderful time. The hotel room was amazing and loved the shower. Casino and hotel staff was awesome
Good food options over priced as usual 2 water bottles and one coke and a candy bar and chips 25 bucks. The bed was good. Room was clean but they need to work on cleaning on top of the couch and around the couch lots of dust. Need to vacuum better. Need to not show what has been fixed on crappy job on stuff hotel front desk need to work on attitude it looked like they didn’t want to be bothered at all
