Stayed and the electricity didn't work and our toilet didn't work would not flush. Something was wrong with the inside of it. They dismissed it like ut wasn't nothing.the manager was rude and hateful like it was my problem.
Shower hadn't been cleaned hair was sticking out of the drain. No cleaning service was provided and the front desk attendant was rude and unhelpful.
Much better experience at other casinos. Loe quality free beverages at gaming machines, poor check in experience for my first time, a fee for early check in when other hotels gave us upgrades on our first visit with no fee
This property is showing its age. Rooms are shabby and staff is indifferent. Food options are limited and little better than you would find in an airport kiosk. We had two rooms and asked for maid service. One room was cleaned and the other ignored. We had to send a food dish back from the restaurant because the meat had turned and smelled bad.
The access to the casino, however for almost 300 dollars with no way to eat after a certain time
We stayed 4 night. Our room was never cleaned, had to ask for extra towels, the air conditioner didn't work well and when talking with staff they didnt do anything to help.
never cleaned up our rooms for three days even though I requested over the phone to the front desk.
