The vents in the room 2 inches of dust hanging out of the so we shut the furnace off so we wouldn’t have to breath it in. The bed was hard as a rock along with the pillows.

Horrible service ..Stayed 5 nights took two requests to get room serviced on 3rd night since trash was overflowing and no toilet paper. When they finally did service the room they never left any toilet paper! Had to make a trip down to raise hell at front desk. This property DOES NOT have air conditioning..they'll bring you a fan! Good hyou
We paid for a room at the Horseshoe but got put in the Lady Luck side. So we want to know if we overpaid for our room. Our hotel room was 85 degrees and the air didn’t work. We called to let the front desk know and they wanted to sent maintenance but we have a dog so we waited to see if it got better. It did not and no one answered when we tried called again. It was super disappointing stay and we love bringing our dog but we probably won’t again so we don’t have to stay here

Room was too warm and AC was broken

Unfortunately, there are time when our AC system is shut down during the winter and early spring due to the very low overnight temperatures that we experience in the mountains. Good luck and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Staff support lacking. Paid for late check out was woken up by housekeeping three times even with (do not disturb) sign on door. No microwave in Jr Suite, check lady was also rude and not friendly. Not staying there even if offered a free room or refund.

Yes to all my bed was a little too hard like sleeping on a board

They aren’t really clean they don’t offer refunds pictures don’t match it’s giving high prices motel like I hated it everything wear socks while walking I gambled all night so I didn’t have to sleep in the room I can’t explain it heavy on the do not stay here
