The room was 78 degrees and the air conditioning doe not work in thw winter time. We were told its a one pipe system. Meaning tou can only have hearlt or cold. Not sure what that means. We were iffered a fan and rudely told to open the window. So we slept with the window open and woke uo with sore thoats each night. Also there is some kind of electrical problem. The hall and bathroom likes would come in and off all day and night. They went out when i showered snd i had to wake my husband to get him to turn them back on. Ther... read more

I left my suit in the closet and somehow it was not located. Staff was not helpful. Every other hotel I have ever stayed has located my items by the following night, with a much more helpful staff.

It was very dirty and smelled terrible. However, since I had a reservation from the 28th to the 31st, I endured it and stayed there. The bathroom vent was so dusty that the dust was even coming out into the room, so I took pictures and showed them to the manager. I have a dust allergy, so I coughed a lot. I don't know what happened after that.

The room was super nice and clean but it was at least 85 degrees in the room the thermostat showed 65 : we open door to get air but the out side noise and lights were to much we ended up leaving at 3:00 in the morning

Room itself was ok. Housekeeping sucked. Room was not cleaned. Made 2 request to front desk for at least replacement towels and coffee with no action on their part. Will chose different hotel next time.

Elevator’s were a joke. Had to wait up to 10 minutes at times. Room was hot. Casino drink service was non existent. Had to pay at the bar even though we dumped a bunch of money in your slots.

Broken hairdryer with wall mount, hand towel mount broken, kuerig taken Apart, drawers open, no screens in 6th floor windows. Room did not cool below 74. 21st birthday experience for son. Called for towels 3 times got delivered upon check out. Sub par for the price. Nice casino etc. hotel experience lacked unfortunately.
