never cleaned up our rooms for three days even though I requested over the phone to the front desk.
No Good
Staff is not attentive, so if you’re looking for something or need to ask a question, you’re better to figure out for yourself. When we arrived, our welcome was as warm as the coffee in the room. Rude, rolling of eyes, and heavy sighs both times we had to interact with hotel staff. My advice, get a better hotel room somewhere else, especially for the price! Not worth it! During check-in, we tried to use the kiosk, and it didn't work. Then we checked in at the desk, which was fine. This is my first time staying at the Horsehoe hotel and the description of room did not match what we got. On Expedia, I booked a junior double queen suite. Online, it said it there would be two queen beds, a sleeper couch, a ceiling fan. The only thing that was correct was the double queen beds. Property a bit tired. Lots of duct tape holding things together.

The room needed repairs-sink cracked, mirror on wall hanging by broken bracket. The AC terrible! So hot in the room and no air movement. Won’t be coming back.

We were given a room that was already occupied. When we walked in to our first room another persons belongings were in there. There was a purse and small backpack, which to me said female traveling alone.
