Toilet was broken, keycards didnt work on elevator so we had to go to the lobby and get help,
Didnt like the fact that thwy messed up and i drove all that way and couldnt ever check in
Stay at the Monarch across the street instead
Duct tape all over carpets on 5th floor, ac didnt get cold, pillows are complete trash, 24hr room service advertised but doesn't exist, no bath tubs, tv channel selection is terrible, there was this little porch that you could stand on with the doors open that was cool but when we looked up there was a large chunk of hair hanging off the floor above.
It was dirty and there was molding food in the snack/ice spot on the 6th floor. We ate dinner at Brew Brothers and it was horrible! Even made me sick throughout the night. Had a bug in my drink and ribs looked so under cooked.
I liked that the room was clean and staff at front desk was nice and tried to be helpful. However, we ended up staying in Lady Luck when we booked and got confirmation for hoarseshoe
Got walked in on my hotel while I was about to shower. Very awkward for me and the guest walking in Got a call from the front desk with a tone that I shouldn’t be in this room. And then got told it was OK for me to be to be in this room that they had a trainee and they were sorry. And then coming back to my hotel at 9 o’clock. My keys did not work. Talk to the supervisor and he told me he’s been very busy today. So not a good anniversary driving eight hours. Trying to relax.

It was not busy at all.. check in was 4pm.. at 3:30 after a long drive, we were told that we could not check in until 3:45. Our room was ready and as I said it was quiet and not busy at all. Also, housekeeping knocked at our door twice before 9 am even though we had not checked out and tried to come in. Very annoying.
