Very unhappy at the hotel. Never again will I stay at this Property. The Lead manager at the front desk did not really care what my concern was when i talked to her in person. I needed a handicap wheelchair accessible room. The bed was way to high off the ground. I wasnt able to use and sleep in the bed. Manager said that was standard height for handicap bed. We got an upgrade for a better experience & ended up being our worst experience!!!! Already did a review & haven't heard back from anyone!!

Elevator key only worked on 2 of the elevators...If the desk had told me about that I would be fine, but not a word!

The heat unit was blasting floor 7. You couldn’t turn it down. We had the windows open overnight it was 38 and we were still uncomfortable. I mean it was awful. We asked if they could turn it down, they couldn’t and sent us a box fan that was so loud. The guy who dropped it off was rude. Like man I’m just trying to rest. I am exhausted today. We will not stay there again. We complained and they said yes it’s an ongoing problem lots of people complained. Wow. Nice.

Terrible experience,customer service,house keeping, guest services and really management needs to improved customer skills. my vacation was ruined by unorganized staff I had to call several times to have house keeping.
