We were given room 757,when we went in . I immediately noticed the window was wide open. I walked there. It was broken and there was no screen. I closed as best as I could . Then the AC didn’t work so I opened the other window because the rm temp was 77. We just left to go and gamble. When we came back the room was cooler. At checkin the attendant was extremely rude to those of us waiting to check in. This was a bday present from my mom for me and my wife. I am so disappointed. My mom is furious! window would not latch blow open 2 nights it was cold shower door was stuck usable but a pain room was clean

Need more staff on the floor never got a drink had to buy drinks from the bar so free drinks was not served to me or my husband on our anniversary

Tv was on when we first got in the room which was honestly a little creepy. The cabinet door for the mini fridge is completely broken off and laying on the floor and one of the lamp shades is busted. Not what you’d expect for a “suite” level room they are trying to upsell you.

Need to upgrade your hotel All they had was a jr suit that was fine except the bathroom door didn’t shut. The balcony doors did d shut or lock. It looked like the door was pried open or tried to be.

We checked in which took a while. We received a room, when went to the door someone was showering in it. They gave us another room but front acted like it was normal. Hotel elevators sounded horrible, carpet and areas of the hotel were falling apart.
