Desk people are not helpful at all. Cleaning people and cashier's were excellent all went above and beyond to help us feel welcome. The buffet staff were amazing the way that they kept everyone safe and happy without anyone knowing that
Bed was awful, room was noisy, their system dosen't work with Expedia's numbers so they couldn't find our reservation. Got a different room than booked right by the elevators. People out in the hallways until 5am. Not recommended.
Not good..... Room was rough, cabinet door hanging off hinges, bathroom vanity has sticky residue on it. Hallways smelled, needs updating. Stay at the Ameristar.
Property was good rooms were nice but the Buffet Sucked, need to advertise how the buffet is being served a lot of people were looking forward to the crab legs!!!!
Leas than Par Fiancé went down to front desk around 11:30 PM. They had ever bolted shut. You can even buy a soda???! Bathroom looked old and shower floor was slimy when I got in. Not worth the money.
While I understand that due to the pandemic things would obviously be different. With that being said, More information and ACCURATE descriptions of what actually is available as far as room and activities go. I called before hand and was told that mostly everything is open and available. Once I got there the reality was that activities were VERY limited. It’s the casinos! The room itself was beautiful but the riffraff next to us stayed up all night playing loud music and fighting so when we called the front desk they were very rude about it and it took them forever to stop them!!!
Room air conditioner seemed to work only intermittently. Was awoke by noisy guests in the next room over at 3:30am and was unable to fall back asleep because, “he lost all the money and and she just wanted a cheeseburger.”
They violated my privacy went in when I asked them not too opened my safe did whatever they want then told me oil need to leave when they were in the wrong and charged me 250 on top of my fee.. because they saw me smoking in my balcony outside
