Don’t stay here! I did not book with them. And I have tried telling them that and they won’t refund me. They were suppose to cancel this and never did. Now they won’t let me submit this review.

No shower pressure room smelled of smoke, plumbing issues view was not a view it was of a parking garage and the staff suck

Horrible check in and check out process didn’t even get the room I requested double charged me the resort fee and rude staff will not stay again

Not what expected!! Upon arrival we were given a room that was so stale smelling from smoke , that we could hardly breath. So we went back to the desk and asked for a “ non-smoking “ room. The next room was nice, but the a/c did not work. Maintenance was notified , but never showed up. Luckily it was in the 50’s at night, so we opened the window. We arrived about 20 minutes before 4pm and the front office 2 associates sitting behind the desk were not helping anyone. I ask if I could check in now for our room and was told if I wanted to check in now I would have to pay $10 extra dollars for the room or wait till after 4pm. I was very surprised to hear that. In all my travels I have never encountered such a thing. They could have checked me in but let me know that the room will not be ready till 4pm. Instead they made everyone wait until 4pm to line up for check in.
