Alex at the front desk was the rudest person I’ve ever met. It was a terrible beginning to our trip. The bathroom towels were disheveled and there was wet hair on the ground. There was a maintenance crew painting the hallways that we could hear when we were trying to sleep.
I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They charged my card 4 times after I checked out!!!! I called and they could care less about the problem. I had to speak to the fraud department multiple times, and get a new card because they were charging my card EVERY OTHER DAY.
Overpriced. Rude bartenders never was served a complimentary drink even though gambled for hours. Couldn’t order a beer for me and spouse as there is a 1 beer rule. Are you kidding me? Will not return.
