Zero customers service skills at the reception , no hello or good buy , the dark long hair employee was rude and after checking my ID card tossed it towards me

Staffing shortages were notable. No spare blankets available on fri - sat nights. Day shift front desk manager was rude, floor staff where helpful and friendly

I would have loved to give a higher rating, but sheets smelled like they hadn’t be refreshed in years. 2 am didn’t want to call in. Room also smelled stale and stuffy and water smells like the sewer. Room did look as pictured. Elevators filthy.

The king room we booked was very large, clean and updated. However, the mattress and pillows were awful. I would NOT pay to stay at this hotel if you want to get a good nights sleep and not have to have a massage the next day for your back and neck ache! Or at the least bring your own pillow! And just FYI none of our group thought the casino paid out at all - so maybe pick a property in central city!
