Handicap rooms need to be near elevator instead of last room in hallway

The elevators didn’t work. Leaving me to walk all the way around to hotel to get to casino.. I upgraded to what was supposed to be a balcony only to a set of doors to open but no balcony.. why upgrade and call it a balcony when you can’t go out in the balcony

Only real restaurant was so overpriced I would not go there. The cafe was brutally terrible food and staff abrupt. Serving staff could not speak English

Although this facility is clean and well maintained, I chose to assign a "Poor" rating for a very important safety issue. When my wife and I first checked in we were assigned a room that was already occupied by another party. Yes, we accessed and walked into our first assigned room and discovered luggage, curling irons in the bathroom, etc. Unacceptable! Worst hotel experience. Breaker kept popping every ten minutes, maintenance would then be sent. They would reset and then it would happen again. Instead of trying to work with us on it, we received bad attitudes and staff telling us that the breaker is doing its job. For one, making tea shouldn’t cause the breaker to blow. Sitting there with only two lamps on and the tv shouldn’t make the breaker blow. We ended up cancelling and leaving. Horrible stay are power went out in half if our room !! Our key got de activated some how couldn’t get back in the room at 4 in the morning went and told the girl in the morning she blamed me for not reporting the outage at 1 in the morning and when I reported it the next morning she still didn’t send anyone we showered in the dark . She was so rude I will never stay there again .
