Very excellent service
We were traveling as a group 4 rooms. My mom (who is elderly)was two rooms from the elevator. The elevator obviously has motor issues-because it sounds loud. She got three hours of sleep the first of three nights. When she went the next morning to ask to be moved. She was told to come back later in the day to see if it was possible. The Assistant Manager was not professional at all with her. We went back later and was told no to moving. She was not offered a discount or any compensation.
