There are 4 elevators that bring guest from the casino and lobby to the guest rooms. You have to use a key card to access the room floors. Safe right? Unfortunately the elevators broke during our stay. Only one was operational during our stay. Making a 20 minute wait to get up to your room. Also the casino is open to the public. So since the elevators were overloaded with people only one key card was activating the floors making it possible for anyone guest or not, to access the guest floors. Average at best For $200 plus a night I was a tad disappointed. Issues with the elevators, which resulted in having to wait 10 to 15 minutes in order to get to our room on several occasions (on 8th floor)… Refrigerator in the room did not work.

check-in was reasonably good, but a bit lengthy. Elevators were a pinch point. Sometimes their slowness caused an excessive crowd trying to get to their various destinations. Maybe you should dedicate one elevator to the parking garage, with the remainder dedicated to rooms. HVAC in rooms were less than satisfactory. With thermostat set on 65, the lowest the unit could achieve was 73-75. It was necessary to open the windows, which would then blow open in the almost nightly winds. Rooms themselves were great.
