Just ok… It was clean, I’ll give them at. The thermostat in the room did not work and it was HOT!!! Far too hot to sleep, even with the windows open in March! There was an occasional sulphur smell that eeked into the bathroom. That was gross. The windows had screens, but they were definitely damaged. They didn’t stay in the windows at all! So it was a good thing there aren’t any bugs in the mountains in March, or I’m sure the room would have been full! It was ok, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Best Vacation It was nice, the room was great except the pillows. The room was warm, although you can open the window to cool it down. Wish the Roxy resturant was opened. Starbucks doesnt open till 7, for those that need a coffee when leaving would like it opened earlier. It could be the time of year we went. Staff was friendly, Jay Jay at the counter was helpful and made us feel welcomed.

No microwave I enjoyed my stay here however I do not understand what year are we in 2025 how could there possibly be no microwave in the room so my leftovers I had to eat cold obviously the room does not have a full kitchen so I was eating out and expecting that I could reheat my food, but unfortunately there was no microwave

First of all, they originally told me I didn’t have a resservation! After I gave them my confirmation #, the agent was like , oh yea ….that was it. And to have a 4;00 check in and asked if we could check in 15 minutes early because of an event we flew into town for, the answer being well it’s $10.00 ! Not , let me see what I can do nothing , just not very accommodating at all.
