Checkin was easy and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby, halls and room.
Your dining is the best and most reasonable of all of Blackhawk . I had a great time
Did not get the type of room we requested. The carpet was wet in spots in our room.
Love the newly remodeled rooms. Bathroom shower and door design is strange. Whoever designed this did not put much thought into.
Everyone was super friendly. Clean and we organized. Casino is not too big with plenty of choices.
Easy access in and around hotel/casino. Elevators were a little slow and busy
