I’ve stayed here before in the summer and it was great. This time was disappointing as the A/C unit was disconnected for the season, leaving the temperature of the room at 78 degrees. Too hot to sleep. The front desk recommended opening the window, which I did, but it was a warmer October night and still didn’t cool it down to a temperature I prefer. Probably fine if you like a warmer room at night, but I need it to be cooler. The drain in the sink was also very slow draining/partially clogged.
Everything was great the room was nice we stayed for 2 nights, the only thing i didn’t like was housekeeping. The first morning we asked them to clean the room and they didn’t clean until we asked again and that was after 4 they didn’t empty the trash or leave any cups . Only made bed and did bathroom. Morning we where leaving knocked on door early to try and rush us out but check out was not until 11. Friendly staff but need help with housekeeping. Said they spoke no English but last day I guess they had taken lessons.
Room was not cleaned during 2 night stay. Dresser drawers off kilter. Halls seemed dirty. Cracked tiles everywhere. Sink had crack in it. Won’t stay there again.
Clean, pleasant staff, walkable to other casinos. Picture and description on the expedia website stated a seating area with chairs. The luxury room we got did not have a seating area.
Good location, affordable, and clean.
Very clean, friendly employees and the food was fresh and good at Farmers Pick cafe.
Nice place. Eat somewhere else. Nice place. Clean. Food at farmers market was not good.
