Nice room. Pillows could be better. Hard to find a cart. Microwave would be nice. There was a cubie but I prefer the one with the built-in Bluetooth speaker. Room excellent. Good in room coffee. Liked fridge. Parking. Good sound proofing.

Thank you so much, Gwen! Please visit again soon!
Very Good That the poker room was closed. I ended up playing poker at Bally's. One cash table and a two table tournament. I'm not sure I would bother making a trip back to play more poker. That the breakfast area was closed. The temperature in the hallway was cold. The room.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We are happy to see you enjoyed your overall stay. We are saddened to see you missed the Poker Room. Normal hours are Friday - Sunday, opening at 9AM. Breakfast is also available at DASH Café daily starting at 8AM. We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you back again.
Wonderful It is always beautiful in Back Hawk no matter the time of year. It has been awhile since we have been there and I like the new remodeled Hotel/Casino. It was very nice.
