The battery for our room key to get access died. Went to lobby and told clerk that key is working but cant get into our room. Clerk spoke to us like we didnt know what room we was in. Went back up and again key wouldnt buzz us in this time called dwn from phone they have by elevator that key still didnt work something else is wrong. Of course new clerk again asked us if we had room right explained again that key is badging us up to floor fine but not our room. Finally after being locked out for hour of our room. I just want to say that I have never stayed in such clean hotel ever. The public restrooms which we used a lot in our stay while gambling were super clean. We crossed the street to a different casino and the cleaningness was not up to par with this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and every staff member were very polite and helpful. I would give this a 10 star hotel if I could.
