Not impressed This hotel was ok, but the internet was intermittent and I constantly got messages to "reset the router", which was a pain. We were on the 6th floor and our windows opened (yay!) but there were NO screens on at all. When I asked about the screens, the front desk assured me that "You will be safe, because you don't have any little people with you." Yikes. We were charged $11 for checking in 20 minutes early and was granted late check out, but then had 3 different staffers call/knock to ask us when we were leavin... read more

Beautiful room We got stuck in Blackhawk with a winter storm and all the roads out were closed. We reserved 3 rooms at 11:45p and then checked in. We got the last 3 rooms and Richy at check in was so helpful. It ended up being a beautiful room.
