Cleaner than expected however did not appreciate the 8am wake up by housekeeping with an 11am checkout time.

Most upbeat casino in Black Hawk Fast and easy check in. Staff was friendly, patient when asked questions and humorous and accommodating when i realized i forgot my phone in the room after i had already turned in the keys. Room itself was clean and modern with a comfortable bed. The casino had more slots and tables in use than any other and had several waitresses tending to players. The bartenders were lively and engaging. Overall the casino was upbeat and full of life. We will be returning.

The hotel was nice and big but once we got into the room the fridge didn't work, the windows were broken, the mirrors in the bathroom were dirty and they have no a/c. We had to switch rooms. The 2nd room had broken windows as well, the bathroom was dirty and the toilet didn't work. The fridge did work though. So we just stayed in the second room and fixed the toilet.
