Everything was wonderful, except the shower. It’s was a nice size, appeared to have a great shower head on it, but that was all. The water pressure was pathetic…. not even enough to fill all the spray nozzles on the shower head. I can’t even call it a “low flow” shower head… it was worse. There was only enough water to do an arm at a time. The water just about evaporated from the time it came out of the shower head to the time it reached your feet. Worst shower of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in around the world.

Clean room, bathroom shower door didnt work and we had a hard time finding food. Short staffed, long lines

Smoking areas better than monarch. More slot machines available and not so busy. Would like to have more eating restaurants

Nice to have water in the rooms bathrooms were good size. Didn’t see any kind of complimentary meal. Could have received a voucher for a meal during stay. Staff at check in did not give good explanation and seem to be miserable doing their job.
