Regarding the rent payment and NSF fee concerns, in April the resident received an email from ****** notifying them that a rent payment had been returned due to a closed bank account (NSF). The resident responded that they were unaware of the issue and promptly submitted a replacement payment. Based on the information available to management, the resident had previously closed one of their bank accounts but did not remove that account from their payment profile.
