Lukas was very professional. He arrived on time and got right to work evaluating what was wrong with my tankless hot water heater. He gave me several repair/price options plus a price for replacing it altogether. I ended up choosing replacement. The work went smoothly and he finished sooner than expected. All in all, it was a great experience. I highly recommend both Warm Welcome and Lukas.

Had a tech come out for our furnace/ac check-up. The tech did his work and when he was done stated we needed around $5000 worth of work. The tech also stated that he detected a "leak" in our furnace and stated it was very dangerous and should have it fixed asap. We called another company to have them do check-up of our furnace and a/c check again.. We did not inform them when of what Hot Water Now had found or recommended. Guess what! Wayne did an amazing job replacing my old tank. It was an exceedingly difficult install in a hard to access location but that did not prevent him and the team from doing a super clean install of the best possible fit for my needs. I appreciate him and the staff taking time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Hot Water Now

These guys are great. Very professional, on time, quick and their prices are reasonable (I had gotten 2 quotes and they were about the same - plus the last quote was from another company a year ago before the tariffs). So far I am very happy with my new tankless water heater and would definitely recommend them!
