Paid 15.90 for a Steak and cheese and paid extra for mushrooms and no cheese, no mushrooms, and a tiny bit of burnt meat. Then sat on the phone with a rude lady listening to her ring people out while “looking for a manager” who is supposedly going to call us back.

They do try to help and fix any issues. But they need to change the menu or how it’s made. I’ve had few bad food experiences here this last one tasted like the oil was bad on anything that was fried. The chicken was hard and rubbery and tater tots tasted awful. Even after they remade it for me it just tasted like bad oil. I’m hoping next visit will be a better one for food.

Waited close to an hour and a half from the time I walked in to the time I got my first beer, while party’s who showed up after mine were finishing their meals and leaving, and the server couldn’t care less. Management doesn’t appear to be any better when approached about the problem. Easily the worst service I’ve ever had.
