I looked at a few schools to go through in deciding what i wanted to pursue and Houston Medical Assistant School was recommended to me by a friend. Going in my first day was definitely nerve wracking but the Academic Advisor was very responsive and helped me understand what to expect. I just graduated and passed the state exam July 12th 2025 and i couldn’t be more grateful i found this program. My instructor Jonay was amazing and was always willing to help in all ways! She’s very easy to talk to and super patient with you no matter what. She truly cares for her students, their well-being, and educational gain. She is constantly pushing you to be and do better as an upcoming medical assistant! She teaches very well, communicates clear, and makes sure that we are learning to the fullest! She truly is the best and I was lucky to be taught by her.
