This was the worst experience I've ever had, and I strongly discourage applying to the Sugar Land medical program. The instructors were frequently late, would talk for hours without offering hands-on experience, and when we did get the chance to work with equipment, it was poorly managed. My classmates and I were even asked to inject substances that were not meant for human or animal use, putting our health at risk. The program was extremely disorganized—one instructor would spend hours in the office, only talking about her ... read more

It’s interesting how right after students left honest reviews about the poor experience at the Sugarland location, there was a sudden wave of 5-star reviews. Conveniently, these reviews were just enough to “cancel out” the low ratings from actual students. The program itself was disappointing, with disorganized teaching and poor handling of key skills and safety procedures. Hopefully, the focus moving forward will be on genuinely improving the program rather than just managing the appearance of positive feedback.

I had high hopes for this Medical Assistant program, but unfortunately, it was a frustrating and chaotic experience. While the instructors had industry experience, they lacked basic teaching skills. Instead of following the curriculum and teaching from the textbook, they based everything on their own personal experiences, leaving students confused and unprepared for standardized exams and real-world expectations. To make matters worse, professionalism was severely lacking. Two instructors got into a heated altercation that ... read more

My experience here was extremely disappointing due to a severe lack of structure, professionalism, and accountability. From the start, we were promised scrubs by week three but received them much later. Worse, due to an instructor’s negligence, we injected ourselves with a substance that was unsafe for human or animal consumption. A week later, an instructor finally checked the supply closet and realized the mistake—after many students had already experienced severe reactions. The CEO was present that day, yet no real actio... read more

Worst educational experience I have ever had, and I have been in community college or university on and off since 2007. I currently hold two degrees and one certification. By far, I would not recommend this institution to anyone. Many of our supplies were expired or outdated. Coordination and cooperation between instructors was essentially non existent. We were expected to come to class prepared and on time, yet upon arrival most of the time our lab simulations were not ready. The instructors did not know what we had worked ... read more
