I had purchased a new piece of equipment and a o-ring had been damaged when it was assembled. I was at a dozen places in the Des Moines metro looking for a o-ring, someone mentioned HQI, went there and service was excellent and they had the o-ring I needed. Next option was next day air the part from Canada. Thankful
HQI treats me right even though I have a small tractor and I am a small customer they always take the time to answer my question and make sure I understand the issue.
I had some odd ball hoses I needed made and David was very tentative and did some digging and got me fixed up! They also built a new rod for a cylinder for me a couple years ago and saved me a lot of money and probably saved time as well versus buying at the dealer which was back ordered
Always gets the fix done fast and right the first time. And if they don’t have what I need they get it quick.
Made two hoses quick while I waited. Very professional and quick.
