I had purchased a new piece of equipment and a o-ring had been damaged when it was assembled. I was at a dozen places in the Des Moines metro looking for a o-ring, someone mentioned HQI, went there and service was excellent and they had the o-ring I needed. Next option was next day air the part from Canada. Thankful
I had some odd ball hoses I needed made and David was very tentative and did some digging and got me fixed up! They also built a new rod for a cylinder for me a couple years ago and saved me a lot of money and probably saved time as well versus buying at the dealer which was back ordered
Made two hoses quick while I waited. Very professional and quick.
These guys did a great job. We had an issue after the initial repair and they stepped up and took care of it with great communication and customer service. Will be going back for sure.
They were super helpful and got me in and out quickly.
