I had purchased a new piece of equipment and a o-ring had been damaged when it was assembled. I was at a dozen places in the Des Moines metro looking for a o-ring, someone mentioned HQI, went there and service was excellent and they had the o-ring I needed. Next option was next day air the part from Canada. Thankful
They hooked us up with the hoses and fittings we needed to finish a tough job. Came in clutch! Will definitely return for future assistance 🤟🏼🇺🇸
