THIS REVIEW IS FROM THE OWNERS EXPERIENCE.....Terrible customer service. They're your best friend until you sign, then they act annoyed by your questions. They give you a contract, that they don't follow, and break when they feel like it. Then they hold your information ransom for their mistakes. They said that they need 30 days notice to cancel services (written in contract). I sent in that notice, knowing i still had the month with their service. I have lived in my apartment for over 3 years, but have been a renter all my adult life. The ladies in the office have treated better than any other landlord. They are so kind, and quick to tackle any complaints I may have. I have purchased my own home and will miss Melissa and Renee so much. Thank you ladies! Your the best!!
Pretty good. Rented from them for 8 years. We would still be there if not for the pine tree's pine cones breaking 3 windshields, a swamp cooler that does not work properly, and the 15 people living in the connected unit next us with all their roaches. Hubub kept the deposite, which is fine because the value of that money has decreased with inflation over the years and would barely cover the cost of basic wear and tear. Hubbub Properties is a great rental place. They have great management and wonderful staffs. They are very prompt with any repairs needed for the home. Any maintenance needed or to make any payments is online which makes it very convenient.
Worst experience of my life with a rental company. You can pay rent on time and have the place looking better than it did when you moved in yet they will find any way to nickle and dime you out of a security deposit. Lived there for less than 9 months and caused ZERO damage to the unit yet had to fight to try to get money back. Another company trying to take advantage of hard working people. Wouldn’t recommend Hububb property management if it was the last rental company in the United States. Lease signers beware.
