THIS REVIEW IS FROM THE OWNERS EXPERIENCE.....Terrible customer service. They're your best friend until you sign, then they act annoyed by your questions. They give you a contract, that they don't follow, and break when they feel like it. Then they hold your information ransom for their mistakes. They said that they need 30 days notice to cancel services (written in contract). I sent in that notice, knowing i still had the month with their service. I enjoy my stay at Hubbard properties. Anytime I have issues, such as my refrigerator stopped working, did a service maintenance on their web portal, and called their office, they had someone out the same day. The staff in the office are so nice and pleasant all the time.
We have been renting from Hubbub for 5 years, every time we have called, they answer or respond promptly. They maintain the lawn, AC unit, dishwasher and when repairs are needed, they always act quickly to resolve the issue. The staff is professional and friendly. We have used other agencies and know people that rent from other agencies. The general consensus among us is Hubbub is the best around.
Worst experience of my life with a rental company. You can pay rent on time and have the place looking better than it did when you moved in yet they will find any way to nickle and dime you out of a security deposit. Lived there for less than 9 months and caused ZERO damage to the unit yet had to fight to try to get money back. Another company trying to take advantage of hard working people. Wouldn’t recommend Hububb property management if it was the last rental company in the United States. Lease signers beware.
No five star cuz who likes paying rent....haha but I don't know why ppl act like they are more important on here but guys all property managements has pros and cons . But listen I've been with hub bub for about a good 10 years. And these guys can put up with me that long they deserve a break. We had a crazy power surge recently where the fire department had to come two times and Melissa was on call that night and she was on it.
