I have lived in my apartment for over 3 years, but have been a renter all my adult life. The ladies in the office have treated better than any other landlord. They are so kind, and quick to tackle any complaints I may have. I have purchased my own home and will miss Melissa and Renee so much. Thank you ladies! Your the best!!
Hubbub Properties is a great rental place. They have great management and wonderful staffs. They are very prompt with any repairs needed for the home. Any maintenance needed or to make any payments is online which makes it very convenient.
THIS REVIEW IS FROM THE OWNERS EXPERIENCE.....Terrible customer service. They're your best friend until you sign, then they act annoyed by your questions. They give you a contract, that they don't follow, and break when they feel like it. Then they hold your information ransom for their mistakes. They said that they need 30 days notice to cancel services (written in contract). I sent in that notice, knowing i still had the month with their service. Pretty good. Rented from them for 8 years. We would still be there if not for the pine tree's pine cones breaking 3 windshields, a swamp cooler that does not work properly, and the 15 people living in the connected unit next us with all their roaches. Hubub kept the deposite, which is fine because the value of that money has decreased with inflation over the years and would barely cover the cost of basic wear and tear. We have been renting from Hubbub for 5 years, every time we have called, they answer or respond promptly. They maintain the lawn, AC unit, dishwasher and when repairs are needed, they always act quickly to resolve the issue. The staff is professional and friendly. We have used other agencies and know people that rent from other agencies. The general consensus among us is Hubbub is the best around.
