Edited review. I appreciate the staff's cordiality and efficiency. I recently needed repairs to my unit and was pleased with a ready response after posting my maintenance request through the online portal for tenants. They hired local businesses to come out who were top tier pros in getting my broken refrigerator replaced and plumbing issues resolved to my satisfaction. It's easy to get my questions answered by calling in as well, which is a testament to commitment to personable customer service in the age of AI tech.
I have rented through Hubbub Properties for almost 4 years. I love the app they use and how easy communication is. Any maintenance needs are addressed quickly, and if its a larger issue they keep me informed. Even when I havent agreed or enjoyed the home owner's choices, Hubbub was always professional, empathetic, and understanding. They had someone view the apartment while we were still living in it. Yes, it’s legal but I have never had that happen before or appreciated it. They waited until the VERY LAST day to give me the invoice back. They said 90% of the apartment had to be repainted, screens replaced, etc which is a blatant lie. Be careful if you use TV mounts because that’s “holes in the wall.” The women over the phone get so snappy as soon as you try to ask a question or express concern/feelings. Adjusted review: After working with the company and giving the incident some time, I have adjusted my review. In all reality, they probably deserve 3 stars, but adjusted with Google's rating system where a 4 is basically a 1, I'll bump them up a star. They are not super timely but they will work with you to try to get repairs done in a roughly timely matter. There was some bad timing of vacations going on, so I'll give them a pass on bad timing.
