I have lived in my apartment for over 3 years, but have been a renter all my adult life. The ladies in the office have treated better than any other landlord. They are so kind, and quick to tackle any complaints I may have. I have purchased my own home and will miss Melissa and Renee so much. Thank you ladies! Me and my husband rented one of their little houses downtown. They were always quick to take care of issues with the house and property and the office ladies were always so genuine and kind! We loved the space while we were there!
Pretty good. Rented from them for 8 years. We would still be there if not for the pine tree's pine cones breaking 3 windshields, a swamp cooler that does not work properly, and the 15 people living in the connected unit next us with all their roaches. Hubub kept the deposite, which is fine because the value of that money has decreased with inflation over the years and would barely cover the cost of basic wear and tear. Hubbub Properties is a great rental place. They have great management and wonderful staffs. They are very prompt with any repairs needed for the home. Any maintenance needed or to make any payments is online which makes it very convenient.
No five star cuz who likes paying rent....haha but I don't know why ppl act like they are more important on here but guys all property managements has pros and cons . But listen I've been with hub bub for about a good 10 years. And these guys can put up with me that long they deserve a break. We had a crazy power surge recently where the fire department had to come two times and Melissa was on call that night and she was on it. We saved the places from burning and has worked with us to make sure everything is back to normal ... read more
