I have lived in my apartment for over 3 years, but have been a renter all my adult life. The ladies in the office have treated better than any other landlord. They are so kind, and quick to tackle any complaints I may have. I have purchased my own home and will miss Melissa and Renee so much. Thank you ladies! Me and my husband rented one of their little houses downtown. They were always quick to take care of issues with the house and property and the office ladies were always so genuine and kind! We loved the space while we were there!
THIS REVIEW IS FROM THE OWNERS EXPERIENCE.....Terrible customer service. They're your best friend until you sign, then they act annoyed by your questions. They give you a contract, that they don't follow, and break when they feel like it. Then they hold your information ransom for their mistakes. They said that they need 30 days notice to cancel services (written in contract). I sent in that notice, knowing i still had the month with their service. Hubbub Properties is a great rental place. They have great management and wonderful staffs. They are very prompt with any repairs needed for the home. Any maintenance needed or to make any payments is online which makes it very convenient.
I have had to request emergency services twice with Hubbub Properties. Both times they have responded quickly by contacting their contracted handyman. I didn't have to live through a weekend of no water or no electricity.
