Been with Hubbub since 2019 . I've never once had an issue that they did not get handled and fast too. I absolutely love their staff . When my apartment sold to anther management I moved within that same month to anther apartment that was run by hubbub.. They are the best.
We have been renting from Hubbub for 5 years, every time we have called, they answer or respond promptly. They maintain the lawn, AC unit, dishwasher and when repairs are needed, they always act quickly to resolve the issue. The staff is professional and friendly. We have used other agencies and know people that rent from other agencies. The general consensus among us is Hubbub is the best around.
Worst experience of my life with a rental company. You can pay rent on time and have the place looking better than it did when you moved in yet they will find any way to nickle and dime you out of a security deposit. Lived there for less than 9 months and caused ZERO damage to the unit yet had to fight to try to get money back. Another company trying to take advantage of hard working people. Wouldn’t recommend Hububb property management if it was the last rental company in the United States. Lease signers beware.
Horrible experience! I used this property management over the others because I felt like the owner gave a great first impression when coming over to view my house that I wanted to have rented out. She gave a lot of promises but in reality did not follow through. They are not on top of anything, super unreliable, and deceitful. My experience with Hubbub Properties has been fantastic. The ladies in the office are kind, helpful, responsive and cooperative. They have promptly answered my questions/concerns and everything has been great.
