Got three wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Payami is literally the best; he was sooooooo patient with me. His assistant Mayo (hope I’m spelling her name right) is the sweetest. They really made me feel comfortable. Hopefully I won’t have to come back but I’m glad I chose him and trusted him to take care of me. Highly recommend 10/10 !
I had a tooth extraction yesterday completed by Dr. Montazem. From making the appointment and getting in for the appointment within a week, to post-extraction I am extremely happy with Hudson valley oral surgery. Check in went smoothly and everyone at the Fishkill office is extremely friendly, kind and caring. Everything was explained to me clearly and happened efficiently. My appointment was at 2:30 and by 9pm the doctor was calling to check in on me (even though I did not answer since it was an unfamiliar number, sorry!). ... read more
First, I want to give a huge shout out to April. I called her for an appointment and she went above & beyond to get me seen right away. She answered all my questions with no hesitations. She was absolutely amazing. Secondly, from check in to check out, the staff made me feel so welcome. I did wait a little long for my procedure but they certainly made up for it. Just left the office, and didn't want to wait to write a review. From check in to check out, every member of the staff was wonderful. You can really tell how important customer service is. Prompt, efficient, friendly with a smile at the front desk, and those smiles continued all the way to through the office. The hygienists were personable, and I know they listened to what I was saying, because Dr Payami walked in and began by addressing the questions I had posed. I came from an appointment, and felt as if I were to pass out and faint. I saw this young lady in the office by the name of Rachael, god bless her. she noticed my pale face and decided to help me to the elevator. All of a sudden she had to run back to her office so i followed slowly behind, and the woman in the front completely went off on her for helping me.
