Very focused on you and what is discussed to really understand how she can help. I feel heard and a sense of urgency to help me figure out what medication is right for me and my situation. She also explains diagnosis and medications. Very pleased.
Administratively speaking : Anytime you have to call the office (billing or other administrative) the hold time is very lengthy. Only 3 stars for the admin staff
Huma Nayani is excellent, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand my needs and created a clear, effective treatment plan. I’ve seen real improvement and felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!
