Horrible, horrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t even know where to start. My washer and dryer did not work for the first 3-4 months that I lived here. The circuit breakers were constantly going off. There was a huge electrical issue in the building, and it took them MONTHS to fix it. The whole building did not have consistently working appliances for many months. The trash is always building up in the trash rooms, and the building smells like sewage and trash everyday. I have lived in BPG apartments since 2021 and have resided in three of their residential buildings: 101 DuPont Place, Crosby Hill, and, most recently, Humble Park (since the summer of 2025). Although I may be moving out soon for financial reasons, I've enjoyed my stay at Humble Park Place. Very nice lobby and roof deck with a great view, and a great location in downtown Wilmington. High ceilings and modern-looking units as well. Only real issue during my stay was the overly-sensitive smoke alarms that would go off at odd times, but new office staff seem to have addressed that.
