I have lived in BPG apartments since 2021 and have resided in three of their residential buildings: 101 DuPont Place, Crosby Hill, and, most recently, Humble Park (since the summer of 2025). Horrible, horrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t even know where to start. My washer and dryer did not work for the first 3-4 months that I lived here. The circuit breakers were constantly going off. There was a huge electrical issue in the building, and it took them MONTHS to fix it. The whole building did not have consistently working appliances for many months. The trash is always building up in the trash rooms, and the building smells like sewage and trash everyday. I really enjoyed my tour of the building. Office staff and maintenance team made all smiles and said hello. Every thing was clean and smells of lavender.
