Things I've seen in the past week are just unthinkable. No phone calls to patients to let them know there is no nurse, you will not be receiving your medication. Then another day open 3 and half hours late, when people waited in line for hours only to be kicked out the door . This morning a guy that was kicked out on Friday, was told that his dose was cut in half today. This place caused many people to throw away their sobriety and wouldn't be surprised if they caused a death.
Personally I really love this clinic the nurses are wonderful and the director is very nice I've had a great experience ☺️😀
Discovery house is by far the worst clinic that I’ve ever been to if it would allow me to, I would Give it negative stars . But if you like zero communication, zero respect and to be treated like you’re nothing but a dirty drug addict then I guess you would call this a good place. Neither of the doctors will communicate with you and the nurses will just give you attitude and call you a nasty person. I have been a patient here for 20+ years and have seen this clinic change directors, counselors, nursing and security. I have been treated by all with dignity and respect. As in all walks of life, you get back what you put in and if you carry yourself with dignity you shall be treated as a person deserving of dignity. I have found some wonderful counselors over the years here and have worked through some difficult issues with their guidance. I feel you shouldn't leave a bad review especially if you're still there and you're one of the ones who used to sell your dose. You get what you put into your recovery you don't just go get dosed and like magic you're healed, there's groups even if it's over the phone it's still a group. If you can't figure out what your triggers are you'll never get better you'll always numb your pain. If people would put as much effort into staying clean as they do with getting high they're success rate would be much higher. When my daught... read more
