So far I've really enjoyed living here. I had a roach issue when I first moved in (it gets pretty humid during the summer/fall, so not unheard of), but they got rid of it very quickly and I haven't seen any in the past year. I had a neighbor downstairs that kept blasting his music to the point that it was impossible to sleep or to do anything without the floor vibrating, but the front office took care of it just as quickly and I haven't had an issue since. I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was living here. When I was looking for an apartment, I lived out of town. The amazing office staff were communicative and professional. They were very friendly and helped me with the leasing process. The day I got my keys, I found the apartment was incredibly clean and exactly what I was hoping for. I enjoy living in this apartment complex. I especially like the ladies in the office. Krystina Cook has been the lady who has helped me every time and she is very nice and helpful every time I contact her. We had an issue with our AC not working and I contacted her about it and it was fixed within a day or two. I would recommend living here 😊

Parking SUCKS. Disabled vehicles are allowed to take up parking spaces. Major appliances had to be replaced within 3 months of moving in. Both the refrigerator and microwave had to go, and the washer/dryer has also been "repaired" All the paint fell off the kitchen ceiling within the 1st month of moving in and it wasnt fixed until almost 3 weeks later due to holidays and a snow storm (wasn't considered a priority).
