Very fast , friendly, and clean urgent care ! Definitely will come back here again if needed :)
Care and quality of care are decent. Office and billing are a nightmare. Do not let them connect your card yo your account. They have double, triple, and quadruple billed me for visits. When you try to call and talk to someone they end the call after you wait on hold. The online chat also gives you the run around. My family currently has a bill that we have paid twice, have the receipt and they are threatening to turn it over to collections when we do not owe anything! It is impossible to talk to anyone.
No MD; would have LOVED to have known this prior to wasting my time. Was not told until end of visit. Both CRNPs in training? Could not write anything more than antibiotics and steroids. I had pneumonia in both lungs and needed cough medicine. Would not recommend unless you have a splinter...
